Perishable Goods Special Handling Note
currently ships all perishable items (fresh flowers, etc) via FedEx Next Day service to ensure optimal quality and freshness upon delivery. Shipments are packed within 24 hours of your requested delivery date to the destination of your choice.
We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the door. is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
State Restriction Notes
- We do not offer Saturday delivery in California due to inspection restrictions in that state.
- Due to state law, Eucalyptus cannot be shipped to Hawaii.
